  • To train, build and develop the coping capacity of beneficiaries so as to ensure sustainable development.

Our Approach

The key word in our approach is Partnerships. We will bring partnerships at the center of tennis development. We seek to use our expertise in bringing together different stakeholders and form partnerships. These stakeholders include the Government of Zimbabwe, Tennis Zimbabwe, Private Sector, Non-Governmental Organizations, and Tennis Technical Specialists. The approach will leverage on each target group to gather resources that will be used to resuscitate the existing tennis structures in Zimbabwe while setting up new systems to ensure effective and professional running of the development program.

  • We seek to cultivate a culture of professionalism in the management of the sport in the country
  • We will work in partnership to improve the quality of tennis in the country through regular refresher courses for coaches and teachers to match world standards while promoting best practices
  • Our approach seeks to mold competitive and respectable tennis players that are able to compete on different tour stages while maintaining high levels of professionalism and a hard work ethic.
  • We will design a tennis development program that will be in sync with the country’s education program so that we develop the whole being of the player.
